Kids Instrumental Music Freshmade creates music and audio for apps, games, and TV shows spanning four age groups: preschool, early elementary (grades K–2, ages 6–8), upper elementary (grades 3–5, ages 9–11), and tweens. We work closely with developers, art directors, audio directors, and other creative team members to find the right sound for each audience.
Kibeam Freshmade created music for the Kibeam wand, a product that helps kids learn to read. Since the primary goal is education, the role of music and sound design is to support engagement without ever competing for attention. This requires a light touch. The best ways to achieve this are through instrumentation that feels transparent, and careful attention to timing, including knowing where and when to place the audio, and especially when not to place any at all!
